Maximum 2 vehicles and 2 pets (under 30 lbs, approved breeds only)
Quiet enjoyment — no loud noise or disturbances
No trampolines, fireworks, or unapproved structures
Children under 18 must be supervised; not out unsupervised after 10 pm
Speed must be safe and prudent; no off-road vehicles in the park
All park rules are part of the lease — violations can result in termination
